Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is levied on the transaction fees listed above. As noted, this tax is settled internally by Simira Unipath Diagnostics Private Limited and is not passed on to the customer.

Transaction fees, particularly for debit cards and UPI, may change in line with regulatory guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), NPCI, or other statutory authorities, or with changes to our commercial agreement with our payment gateway provider. We will update this policy to reflect any such adjustments, and we recommend checking it periodically.
